"Super happy with the service from start to finish. Joti responded to the job first and then offered to come on site to properly assess & quote for the job. Once he arrived he noted that it was a shoe-off home and removed his shoes, there was no need for me to ask or say anything. (good start) He assessed the situation, offered several options and gave a fair quote for each option. There was no pressure at all to go with him or to go with a particular option, left it completely up to me. Once I made my choice, a day or so later, he was very flexible and constructive in finding the right time to do it all and did it ASAP as well. As I asked for the whole ceiling to be redone from scratch he organised a specialist to do just that. The quality of the work Joti and his team did is simply Superb and the way he conducts himself is professional - he constantly informs you of what is going to happen next, a clear communicator. While there was downtime during the job (paint drying, etc.) he helped me resolve small issues around the house, like a loose tap in the bathroom and resealing around the sink free of charge with a smile. I’d be happy to recommend him any day!"
